MEETINGS
Meetings are held the last Monday of
the month with the
exception of June, July, August
and December.
All meetings commence at 7:30 p.m.
ALL meetings are via ZOOM until further notice.
MEETING LOCATION
(in times of non- COVID-19)
Meetings are held at the Civic Rec Complex, Bobby Orr Room, 99 Thornton S., Oshawa.
During these difficult times of COVID-19 DRFN will follow the guidance, laws and regulations of Canada, Ontario and local municipalities to limit the spread and minimize the danger. As such all DRFN meetings must be held virtually via ZOOM until notice is given otherwise.
Some already invited guest speakers may be able to give their presentations via ZOOM and some may not.
The DRFN executive will make all efforts to continue to provide you with interesting and engaging meetings.

Bruce Strickland.Retired, long term employee of the Ontario Ministry of Environment and Algonquin Park researcher. Dan Strickland was responsible in the development of the modern Algonquin Park and still found time to conduct thirty-five years of studies on the Canada Jay an impossibly impish feathered character of the deep boreal forests.
